Spinning Round and Round

The weather is good. Fixed up the bicycle. Put on my helmet. Here I go. I cycled to uni today from my house in Belmont. Yup, the whole 9.7km of it. At the beginning it was good (isn't it at the beginning everything is always good?), but about half way through Oat St., looking at hill after hill in front of me, I am like, what?! Anyway, I pushed through all of them, and almost lost balance at a couple of junctions to stop for traffic (too noob!). Finally made it to uni. And on the way back, I discovered the wonders of the last gear (smallest gear in front, and largest behind), why I never thought of using it earlier when I climbed the hills? So the way back was good, not strainous, but just felt like getting bruised at my inner thigh where I sat, that's why there is padded seat!

Both trips timed at around 50 minutes. Nah. Not going to cycle to uni anymore, unless I have the leisure time and good weather (that's an excuse rather \(>,<)/ ). The bus at 50+ minutes is a better option should I am not driving haha.

And I came across this video on Yahoo! website. Wonder did his mum ask him to stop playing with yoyo and start doing homework?
