Coleman Residence

This residence is on a wedge-shaped site and using conventional ways of designing will pose an awkward proposal due to the tapering of the site. However by utilising a common central spine and an internal courtyard, the issue of tapering is absorbed, allowing two wings of the residence to follow each side of the tapered site boundary.
