Yup. That is the duration of time from my first breath of air in this world till now. I did not plan anything actually today, but just wanted to chill off the day, remembering what have I done so far.
Thanks to all my friends who brought me out for a meal, for games at TimeZone, for wishing me through text messages and through Facebook posts.
Thanks to my mum and dad, and siblings who accompanied me all the way. Thanks mum, for bearing me for 10 months and giving birth to me. Thanks dad, for working hard away from home to earn a living for all of us.
Thanks Father in heaven, for all the opportunities that You have placed in my life, for letting me meet all my friends, for bringing me to study in Australia and meet all great people here.
When the others are 23, what they achieved? - Professional athletes, entertainment industry, performance artists (well, if you want to get famous quick, these are the ways to go, haha)
I have a long way to go for my profession, and I shall continue on to server God with what He has given me.
Psalm 23 - The Shepherd
A psalm of David.
1 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,[a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.
