When scientists search for a habitable planet, I wonder did it ever come to their mind that the planet that they are looking at are perhaps millions of lightyears away?
Well, wouldn't that be the image of the planet millions of years ago since all the electromagnetic waves took at best millions of years to reach us? When we spend another millions of years trying to get there, wouldn't the planet be changed totally?
